Mindfulness Meditation

The object of mindfulness meditation is the feeling of the breath as it enters through the nose, into the lungs, and out of the mouth. When we are aware that our mind has begun to wander, we gently bring our attention back to the breath.

Gratitude Meditation

Being grateful means not taking things for granted. Quite the opposite, you remember how everything that comes to you fits into an overall scheme. You acknowledge the precious quality of everyday things. And you maintain a gratitude for both the good and the bad in your life.
